Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Click iOS app and website operated by CORPEL XYZ (“we”, “us”). By using Click, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Click. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at click@corpel.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Click to upload, share, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ accounts, or misuse join codes.
Your content
You retain ownership of clips and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant CORPEL XYZ a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate Click — including sharing clips and combined videos with other members of the relevant story.
How Click works
Contributors record short clips without seeing others’ contributions until the story owner shares the final video. Story owners can lock stories to stop new contributions. Join codes stop working when a story is locked.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from You → Delete Account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
Disclaimer
Click is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORPEL XYZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Click. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid us).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Click after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
