Privacy Policy
Click (“we”, “us”) is operated by CORPEL XYZ. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Click iOS app and this website, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address and password (handled by Supabase Auth).
- Profile data: display name and avatar (photo, emoji, or color styling).
- Story data: story membership, join codes, clip metadata, and story status.
- Media: short video clips you record, optional profile photos, and combined story videos.
- Device permissions: camera and microphone access are required to record clips.
How we use information
We use your information to provide the Click service: authentication, story collaboration, clip storage, and sharing combined videos with story participants. We do not sell your personal information.
Where data is stored
Click uses Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. Your clips are stored in private storage buckets; profile avatars may be publicly accessible via URL so other participants can see them in the app.
Analytics and tracking
Click does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
User-generated content
Clips you upload are shared with other members of the story. Story owners control when a story is locked and when the final video is shared. You can report inappropriate clips from within the app.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from You → Delete Account in the app. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data from our systems, subject to any data we must retain by law.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete associated personal data. Story media owned by other users may remain until those stories are deleted by their owners.
Children’s privacy
Click is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
